Wieso kann die Wahre nicht reklamiert werden. Habe insgesamt 4 Tassen bestellt. 2 davon waren bereits bei Ankunft beschädigt. Wie bekomme ich nun mein Geld für die 2 zerbrochenen Tassen zurück? Auf der Reklamationsseite steht "Die Ware kann nicht online beantragt werden"!!!
