You can grill with the TESCOMA PREMIUM pan at home on a gas hob or on an outdoor grill during the summer season. It is smokeless, which means that when you use it, the burning of fat is significantly reduced, and so is the creation of smoke. The base of the upper part of the grill surface slopes from the centre to the edge of the pan, and there are holes evenly spaced around its circumference. Drippings from the grilled meat continuously flow into the lower part of the pan, which is a reservoir of water. It doesn't stay on the hot grilling surface, so it doesn't burn, which is why no smoke is produced during grilling. Grilling without burnt fats in the PREMIUM pan is healthier, and the reduced smoke from the pan is also beneficial when used on the hob. The pan is suitable for use on gas hobs and in the PARTY TIME Power Grill. When used in the PARTY TIME Power Grill, it replaces the rack. The Power Grill with the PREMIUM pan can be covered with the grill lid.
