Carefully selected proprietary blend of 100% Arabic
In collaboration with quality roasters, we have managed to select a unique blend of 100% Arabicas originating from South and Central America - Santos Alta Mogiana (Brazil), Costarica San Rafel, Columbia Excleso, Nikaragua and Honduras, which are traditional locations for growing and thanks to this, the beans achieve the highest quality with less than 1% defects. It is thus a well-balanced, full-bodied, medium-roasted coffee with low acidity, which stands out above all for its chocolate flavour with the aroma of hazelnut.

Coffee with a balanced taste and low acidity
AlzaCafé coffee beans are versatile and suitable for all home automatic and lever coffee machines and drip machines. It's especially perfect for making delicious espresso, drip coffee and your other favourite coffee drinks. It will not only make you happy at home, but thanks to its balanced taste and low acidity, you can safely use it in the office coffee machine where people with different tastes move around. If you prepare AlzaCafé coffee using other methods (V60, chemex), make sure you use the correct water/coffee ratio (15:1) and the water temperature should be 93 °C.

To preserve the unique taste and aroma, it is desirable to store the coffee in the correct packaging. That's why our coffees come in opaque, airtight packaging with a one-way leak-proof valve. This allows the gases released from the coffee after roasting to escape. No air, but they won't let it in. Thanks to this packaging, AlzaCafé coffee will stay fresh for several months. Store coffee in a dry and cool place.
