With the FREEWELL Pro SSD Link external enclosure/adapter, you can expand the storage of your iPhone 15 Pro (and newer models) by up to 8TB, which is particularly useful for content creators working with large amounts of data. The enclosure supports M.2 2230 NVMe SSDs and is equipped with a high-speed USB 3.2 Gen 2 interface, which allows direct recording in 4K resolution at speeds of up to 10Gb/s. The adapter also features a dedicated USB-C port for digital audio and the option for fast 100W PD (Power Delivery) charging via a USB-C cable. The FREEWELL Pro SSD Link adapter also has an active cooling system, ensuring the SSD operates reliably even under heavy workloads. The FREEWELL external enclosure features a modern USB 3.2 Gen 2 interface that supports data transfers of up to 10Gb/s, which, along with support for UASP and TRIM technologies, allows you to take full advantage of the performance of modern SSDs. Record high-quality content in high-resolution 4K directly to the external drive without any performance loss or the need to constantly free up space in your phone's limited storage. The FREEWELL adapter supports SSDs with a capacity of up to 8TB.
Integrated Charging and Digital Audio Support
The FREEWELL Pro SSD Link is equipped with an integrated USB-C data port that provides a direct connection to your phone or computer, and two additional USB-C connectors, which include a 100W PD port for charging and a dedicated audio port. This allows the adapter to simultaneously power the drive, record footage, and connect a compatible microphone. The audio port only supports digital audio transmission, so devices using an analogue signal cannot be connected to it.
Intelligent Cooling System and Stable MagSafe Mount
The FREEWELL Pro SSD Link external adapter is equipped with an active cooling fan with an aluminium heat sink that automatically activates when the temperature reaches 35°C. This ensures efficient and smooth operation of the SSD even during intensive transfers of large amounts of data. It also features a MagSafe magnetic system with a non-slip silicone surface, which allows the adapter to be securely attached to compatible smartphones, camera rigs, or stabilisers, increasing convenience when working both in the studio and in the field.
