The WMF Ultimate Profi Resist 28cm Frying Pan 1759286411 combines the durability of stainless steel with the practicality of a non-stick surface, delivering reliable performance for everyday cooking. A special honeycomb protective grid protects the surface, allows for the safe use of metal utensils, and also promotes perfect searing. The multi-layer construction with an ultra-flat base ensures rapid heating and even heat distribution across the entire surface of the pan. Thanks to its durable design, it is suitable for all hob types, including induction, and can also be used in the oven up to 250°C. Hollow stainless steel handles reduce heat transfer, a wide pouring rim makes serving easier, and the robust construction ensures a long lifespan even with intensive use.
Protective Stainless Steel Structure
The hexagonal WMF Protection Grid structure increases the pan's resistance to scratches and protects the PermaDur non-stick surface. The combination of Cromargan® stainless steel and the non-stick coating allows for perfect searing and easy cleaning.
